Festival Information

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Gates open:

    • Friday, August 18 at 5:30PM ​

    • Saturday, August 19 at 3:00PM 

    • Sunday, August 20 at 3:00PM 
       

  • Rock the Harbour is a 19+ event, a physical government-issued ID is required for entry.

  • This is an outdoor event that will operate rain or shine. 

    • All acts of advertising have confirmed their appearance; however, acts or set times are subject to change without advanced notice. There will be no refunds or exchanges resulting from festival schedule changes.

  • The Box Office and bar are cash-free. Debit and credit cards will be accepted.

  • E-Tickets can be purchased up to 9:00 pm each evening of August 18, 19, & 20.

  • We encourage those who selected the physical ticket option to pick up their tickets in advance.

  • Rock the Harbour is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten passes.

  • The festival venue is a non-smoking venue.

  • All guests and bags are subject to search

SEATING 

  • Festival is general admission 

  • Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs 

​

TRANPORTATION AND PARKING

  • There will be no parking available at the venue, a limited number of street parking spaces are

located nearby.

  • We encourage travelling by bus or ferry transit – attendees can arrive directly to Alderney Landing via bus or ferry.

  • Transit via bus and ferry have a cost of $2.75, exact change is required.

  • The final ferry will leave Alderney Landing each night at 11:30pm.

  • You can check transit schedules here

  • Uber and Taxi options are also available

FOOD & BEVERAGE

  • Guests may bring sealed water bottles. 

  •  Molson Canadian is the official beverage supplier of Rock the Harbour – Beer, seltzers, juice, pop, and water will be available for purchase.

  • Food vendors will be on site. 

  • No outside food or beverages are permitted.

ALLOWED AT ROCK THE HARBOUR

  • Sealed water bottles

  • Lawn chairs

  • Non-pro cameras (no detachable lenses)

  • Bags (smaller than 12x12x12”)

  • Hats

  • Sunscreen and bug spray

  • Rain umbrellas

  • Blanket

  • Service animals (must be accredited or certified)

     

NOT ALLOWED AT ROCK THE HARBOUR

  • NO weapons (knives, ammo, pepper spray, mace, etc.)

  • NO outside food and beverage

  • NO chains or chain wallets

  • NO large beach umbrellas

  • NO audio recording devices

  • NO professional cameras with detachable lenses

  • NO tripods or selfie sticks

  • NO illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia 

  • NO laser pointers

  • NO coolers or large containers

  • NO flags

  • NO large signs

  • NO discriminative or appropriative Items

  • NO animals

  • NO fireworks​
